Refund and Returns Policy
We provide a replace/exchange policy that allows you to swap out your purchased things for new ones within a week. If you received a defective product from ArreMoshai, you can replace it. Should the product arrive physically damaged (video evidence required) or deviate from the product’s online description
- Once your product is delivered, you have seven days to make a refund or exchange.
- We only cover size exchanges; if you would like a different colour or pattern, there will be a courier fee of 60 rupees.
- If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product or products, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and will only be responsible for the shipping costs.
- Note: Before shipping the box or giving it to our courier partner, you must take a picture or video.
- In the event that our courier partners are unable to service the customer’s pin code, the customer will be responsible for mailing the product(s) themselves. If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect goods, the shipping costs up to ₹100 will be fully refunded.
- Please ensure that the product(s) are packed securely to avoid damage during transportation. Please make sure the item(s) is/are undamaged and complete with all tags and packing.
Replacement will not be provided when: –
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing/damaged:
- Tags are absent;
- A receipt demonstrating the absence of the purchase;
- The product is broken;
- Things that have been cleaned or worn.
Goods that are sold in sets or combos cannot be returned or exchanged for separate products. Products are not meant to be used. Items need to be in their original packaging. Things ought to be new, untouched, and clean. Products with their original tags. The item needs to be in its original condition and packaging.
Please be aware that you have within 7 days after delivery to contact us if you believe you have gotten a defective or damaged product from our end. To demonstrate that the products are defective or damaged, you must include the appropriate photos or videos. You can call or message us on Whatsapp. In three to four days, a replacement will be sent to you.
We Refund Your Money when: –
Refund will be processed to your original payment method with 5-7 business days.
